Your panels run the house during sunlight hours and store the surplus in your Tesla Powerwall 3. After sundown, the Powerwall takes over — the lights, the AC, the fridge, all running off the energy you produced earlier that day. A surveyor visits your home. They measure the roof, photograph the electrical panel, verify orientation and shading, and confirm the system design fits the geometry. You'll be walked through what they found before they leave. The two-hour arrival window is intentional — earlier appointments occasionally run long, and we'd rather give the surveyor before you the time they need than rush through yours. Our engineering team produces the final drawings. We submit permits to the City of Moreno Valley and interconnection paperwork to SCE on your behalf. Our crew installs the racking, panels, inverter, Tesla Powerwall 3 battery, and wiring. Most installations are completed in a single day. Larger jobs spill into a second. A city inspector verifies the work. Once they sign off, SCE sends their inspector to verify the interconnection. SCE issues Permission to Operate. The system flips on. Your meter starts running backward whenever you produce more than you consume, and your Powerwall begins charging from solar overflow. You'll get an email from us — and your first day of solar production lands on the Enphase app, with battery state visible on the Tesla app, both within 24 hours. SCE emite el Permiso para Operar. Two to four installers in EXO-marked vehicles. Lead installer introduces the team, walks you through the day's plan, and confirms the panel layout against the design. Coffee optional. Mounting hardware is installed first — the rails that the panels lock into. This is the slowest part of the day. Most homeowners stop watching after the first hour. This is the visible part. Panels are placed on the racking and locked. Your roof goes from "house with a roof" to "house with a solar array" in about three hours. Microinverters are wired panel-by-panel (Enphase, the industry standard). Your Tesla Powerwall 3 is mounted on the wall — typically in the garage — and tied into the system. The team works through your garage and the meter to make the final electrical connections. A licensed electrician on the crew handles all panel-side and battery-side work. The lead walks you through what was installed, shows you the breaker for the system, and confirms next steps. The crew sweeps the driveway, packs up, and leaves no trace beyond the panels themselves. From PTO forward, you'll have access to two apps on your phone. The Enphase app shows what your system produces in real time, what each panel contributes, and how you're tracking against expected output. The Tesla app shows your Powerwall's state of charge, when it's discharging, and your home backup status during outages. Your Tesla Powerwall 3 carries its own 10-year warranty directly from Tesla, with the same labor-included terms — we coordinate any battery service on your behalf.
